All orders are shipped using Australia Post. This service does not require a signature on delivery. Please consider the security circumstances of your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels.
Full tracking is available using this service. Please use delivery notes section upon checkout to leave our courier specific instructions.
All orders come with tracking and you will receive the tracking details.
Any parcels returned to sender will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer, and we will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office for collection. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details.
Orders placed will be processed within 1-2 business days. Lov Maté does not process orders or dispatch parcels over the weekend, therefore, if you purchase on a Friday your order may not be processed until the following Monday.
Once dispatched you will receive a shipping confirm email along with a tracking code. Once your order is sent, it’s in the hands of the courier service provided. If your item is delayed or has not arrived, please contact them directly. If a claim needs to be made due to an item being lost, we will require it to be accepted before offering an exchange or refund of the order.
Regular Shipping costs $8.95 Australia wide – sent using Australia Post. Express Post costs$11.95 – sent using Australia Post.

Orders are subject to availability. Orders will be delivered between Monday – Friday 8 am – 6 pm, please note deliveries are not made on weekends.Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours of order confirmation, using Australia Post.
