Add two teaspoons of Lov Maté to a cup with 1/4 cup of hot (not boiling) water and stir well. Fill remainder of cup with hot or frothed milk.
In the Blender: Heat milk over the stove until it reaches your desired temperature. Pour heated milk into blender with two teaspoons of your Lov Maté and and blend for 5-10 seconds. Pour into mug and enjoy.
Using a milk frother:If you an electric milk frother this might be the easiest way to enjoy your morning Lov Maté! Add milk and two teaspoons ofLov Maté to your milk frother and turn on. Pour into a mug and enjoy.
Add 1 cup of milk to a blender with two teasooons of Lov Maté powder and sweetner of choice. Blend and pour over ice.
Note: you can also add the ice to the blender to make a frappe.
Mix two teaspoons of Lov Maté with hot (not boiling) water and stir well. Using boiling water directly on the Lov Maté mix may inhibit some of the nutrients.
