Lov Maté is and instant powder making it very versatile. You can make it simply by adding two teaspoons to hot water and topping with milk. For a latte experience you can froth it with milk. Iced Lov Maté is also very satisfying.

Yes. A serve of LOV Maté contains approximately 30-40 mg (half the amount of caffeine as a regular coffee or similar to that of green tea).
